IMPORTING FROZEN SEMEN INTO
THE UNITED KINGDOM

Canine semen can be imported for storage and use in the UK from almost any country in the world. Different import conditions apply depending if the stud dog has a Pet Passport and whether or not his home is in a rabies free country.

Importing chilled semen can be logistically tricky and is only possible from a dog with pet passport. Timing, transport and paperwork are critically important so it is not surprising that most clients elect to import frozen semen to be stored by us ready for use when required.
